The following are our Rules and Guidelines for being hosted on the network:

• Media files are permitted on our servers provided you follow these guidelines:
  1. All files over 35 Mb. MUST be zipped.
  2. NO files over 100Mb. are permitted.
  3. You will have the option of installing a YouTube clone script (like PHPmotion) to manage your media. Maximum file sizes for .flv files are 150Mbs.

• HTML knowledge is required. You must have an existing fansite you can show us so we can verify you have the experience  that is needed.

• To help pay for the dedicated servers that host the network, you will be required to use an ad code on your site. You will be given a simple code to place on your webpages. Our currently supported ad sizes are 728×90 “leaderboard”, 720X15 “link unit”, 160×600 “skyscraper” and 300×250 “video unit”. No other ads are permitted on your site.

• Site designs must be extraordinary. Only the very best will be accepted.

• Sites must be updated on a regular basis. Any site not updated after 6 months will be deleted or archived unless an explanation is given. (You will be notified before your site is deleted.)

• If you need a break and decide to put your site on hiatus, you will need to leave the site open for people to browse while it is not being updated. Sites that are closed for a hiatus will be deleted after 7 days.

• Sites will at no time represent themselves as being more than a hosted affiliate of the network.

• All webmasters shall take full responsibility for their site’s content.

• Do not submit images or sites wherein the picture content has been illegally downloaded and therefore stolen from commercial sites or other commercial sources.

• Pornography, Warez and other inappropriate materials of that nature are not allowed. You can upload video and audio files featuring your celebrity, but please keep the file sizes reasonable (try: please try zipping files before upload, converting files for maximum compression, etc.).

• All sites are automatically backed up weekly but we can not guarantee these backups. Site owners are responsible for backing their sites up on a regular basis in case server problems arise.

• If a site is found in violation of any of the above Rules/Guidelines, the account will be immediately terminated without notice or consent. We reserve the right for any reason to edit, move, remove or refuse without notice any contents maintained in a web site directory this includes accounts, files, web pages.

• If you plan on moving your site to a new host, please let us know as soon as possible so we can insure you have a working backup.
